Adalim selects the producers who willingly prepare food of good quality. To fulfil this mission, we constantly drive the country and search the best products. Each producer is visited and evaluated according to severe criteria such as:

• Taste of the products: all the products which we offer are tested. Only the best are selected.
  
• Respect of the sanitary standards and safety of the consumer. The producers bind themselves on a chart which ensures the safety of the consumer. The workshops are visited regularly.
  
• Respect of environment: the producers are evaluated according to the methods of production, the recyclability and the weight of their packing.

Likewise Adalim forbids itself to work with producers who employ children, not declared employees, forced workers, or with companies who benefit from the extreme misery of certain areas of the world to produce at a dumping price level without consideration for the human person.
